See what you made me do

Most Australians subjected to domestic abuse never report it, and their abusers are rarely held to account. This three-part SBS series exposes the shape-shifting nature of coercive control, in which physical violence is only one tactic among many, or - in some of the most dangerous relationships - may not be used at all. It takes us to not only the homes where abuse takes place, but also on the systems that enable it, speaking with victim-survivors, perpetrators and frontline workers. Unflinching yet solution-focused, See What You Made Me Do explores radical innovations in Australia and beyond that could save lives and transform how we respond to this national crisis.
"In a much-anticipated three-part SBS documentary, See What You Made Me Do, investigative journalist Jess Hill exposes the glaring questions our nation must address if we are to keep women safe."

Asking for it

SBS’s ground-breaking documentary series Asking For It explores the sexual revolution we’re all living through: one that’s taking us from the ‘sexual liberation’ of the 1960s and ’70s to the era of ‘enthusiastic consent’. From schools to universities, aged care, same-sex relationships, in institutions and at the highest level of government – this series asks: how can we change our rape culture into a consent culture?
"Asking For It is a bold new documentary series exploring why consent is vital – and what happens when consent is missing, leaving nothing to divide sex from sexual assault."
